After graduating from Boston University’s esteemed Sargent College, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy, Kristin spent twelve years in the Somerville Public Schools as an occupational therapist, working with children suffering from a variety of disabilities. This commitment to helping others has stayed with her throughout her life. It was in her role as an occupational therapist where Kristin honed many of the traits that distinguish her among her peers in the real estate sector today, including compassion, professionalism, and a genuine ability to listen and understand. A self-motivated leader, Kristin is also a 2nd generation realtor, following in the footsteps of her mother and is a proud mom to her six-year-old daughter Milania.

Jenna Coccimiglio
Jenna Coccimiglio is the Marketing and Operations Director for the Century 21 Northeast Kristin Gennetti Group. She's a business professional with more than 20 years of marketing, operations, and event planning experience.
She was 22 years old when she started her first business, opening a gift basket and specialty foods store with her mother. It was a crash course in the skills every local entrepreneur needs: word-of-mouth marketing, going the extra mile for your customers, finding a niche, and tailoring your offerings to meet customer needs. To this day, she can tie the best decorative bow you've ever seen.
Jenna also has eight years of corporate experience in operations and marketing, first as a guest services manager and then as a marketing director for Simon Malls. She also spent six years as executive director of the Malden Chamber of Commerce and Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce before joining the Kristin Gennetti Group in the spring of 2019
When she's not creating graphics and keeping the Malden office running, Jenna is out on her motorcycle or at home tending her garden with her husband Nick and her daughter Frenchie.

Katie Billingsley

Frank Prinzivalli
Frank Prinzivalli is a personable and charismatic realtor, licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, whose highest priority is meeting his clients' needs. Graduating Cum Laude with a Finance degree from Suffolk University in 2002 and fluent in Italian, Frank has gained much experience in corporate finance and accounting and has held various senior and management positions at prestigious organizations including Massachusetts Institute of Technology. William Chen
William Chen believes in putting his clients first, being reliable, available and ethical.
William has lived in the greater Boston area for over 30 years starting out as a bartender for Sally Ling’s on Boston’s waterfront while working on his degree at Wentworth Institute of Technology. His passion for real estate grew out of his family’s involvement in the construction industry and he finds it rewarding to share his practical experience with future homeowners and investors. He currently owns investment properties in Quincy and Malden.
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, he is also an avid New England sports fan and enjoys volunteering with local organizations. William is a Malden homeowner and resides here with his wife Miaodan and his two sons.

Jill was born and raised in Malden and still lives just north of Boston. Her passion for real estate actually began at a young age when her parents would find her watching the real estate shows on local access television instead of cartoons! She loves to travel and lived in 5 different states before settling back home in MA. She also has two daughters who have strengthened her negotiating skills further than she ever thought possible.
